i $pend actual hard earned ca$h on great fitting jeans. only cuz i can wear them until they hurt.
other stuff - i search until i find something original and then make sure it doesn't cost over 50 ducks or so.

I get a lot of high end clothes in trade for design work from a couple of local shops. But I would never pay the some of those prices otherwise.

I've like got a tiny stash of designs meant to be printed on t-shirts. Tried my hand at Threadless but didn't win nuttin' so i decided that I will start printing after i get my bonus from the job I'm doing and invest in a T-shirt printing machine to print my wares.

When I started to make some real money I use to buy 350$ pair of jeans and such. But now, Im a bit wiser and realised what a tool I was.

Oh and I work with this designer that wears nothing but Versace from head to toe. He just bought a 600$ belt.. All that money and he still looks lile the biggest tool that ever tooled.

I just wear clothes.... I support designer friends too, but thats no where near "designer clothes" ;). I sport some invicid and a select few threadless shirts.... hmmm... and I wear free shirts a lot too, like the one I got in my old phunkstudio utopia box set. woo.

polo jeans because I like how they fit. adidas shit alot too, becuase it is comfy and it lasts. but all of these items are pretty cheap in relation to 'designer' gear. I used to wear alot of skate stuff, DC and Zoo York but then it started costing 80 for a sweatchirt and I said umm fuck dat.

I'm a big thrift shopper... I buy a lot of 99cent tee shirts and various other cheap things and then feel ok to splurge on some nice essentials... I like Diesel... and I can always seem to find a half price sale. But what is "designer" ... Versace I would never buy, or Prada eek $$$!!

I cant justify spending over 60 bucks for some jeans. I mean they are jeans for christ's sake.
I have seen some diesel jeans that are like $170, that's a fucking ridiculous waste of money. I leave those poor decisions for dumb women to make.

I was in NYC for a couple weeks in summer 2001, went into this cool looking vintage store in Soho and they had Levis, NEW vintage styled Levis, for $495.
You've got to be kidding.I've been buying quite a bit of shirts at H&M, we have two in downtown Chicago now. Cheap, quality isn't that bad and some cool stuff you can't find anywhere else.
