My computer used for viruses?

I got an email from a email filter at a website today saying "the file I sent has been blocked by the file filter and the file type has been blocked".
I presume this means that my computer is being used by a virus for sending virus infested emails. How do i find out if this is the case? Bearing in mind i performed a full system scan with my Virus Scanner and it deleted everything, is also used tools from Symantec to remove all traces of the Beagle virus, my firewall is also on.
Any help is appreciated!

just switch to mac and avoid all those virus problems. :P

not neccessarily - it could also mean that someone who HAS been infected and has YOUR email address on their computer is sending out the emails...Runa virus scan - if it doesn't find anything then that's whats up....

Oh, and don't buy a Mac. Spend your money on more interesting things, like getting spanked in the ass by a tall, blonde walkyr.
