Windows Suitecase Q?

Ok, I'm finally organizing all these random fonts I've collected on my system. Problem is, I'm not sure what ones to leave in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts and what to remove and add in suitcase. Or should I just remove all of them (minus the system ones)???
A lot of fonts I want to move are Read-Only files and it warns me if I want to move them? WTF does that mean?
Anyone have any font organizational rules?

I'm also having some trouble finding the font files for a few fonts that show up in photoshop. I don't have a printer hooked up so it can't be just in memory...

Im sorry to butt in but is this suitcase a font program i cant workout why i havnt heard of it??? is this the best font program where do i get it???

I have all my fonts on the second HD and manage 'em with suitcase. better leave system fonts where they are. except for the crappy ones some progs like to install..
