just wondering if any artists here have reps? if so how is it working for them? are they getting work? how is the split... I am pretty gosh darn excited.. i just met with one today... looks like she wants to take me on.. getting to decide what portfolio pieces on want on some national ads this week.. so stoked..

I've never gotten any response from promo I've sent to reps...I've been working on it though. Any tips you have to get in the door would be appreciated...

Honestly.. I was shocked i got a response.. I live in denver.. there are only a few reps.. she is the biggest in town.. though most of her artists are national.. only 4 are from denver.. I used to work as a photoeditor and had to deal with some of her artists.. so she kind of new who i was.. which i think helped.. seemed to me the biggest thing was that my work did not overlap anybody she currently had..
