Outlook Backup

  Maybe a simple question, but how do I back up my Outlook files?
  I know how to back up the Outlook Express files, but not Outlook.

  All data for outlook is stored in a .pst file. You need to find the dir it's in and back that up.

  on XP, the PST is stored in c:\documents and settings \ USERNAME \ Local Settings \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Outlook

  or you can do from Outlook File > Import Export > Export > PST > Select top folder, and include Subfolders
