-----------------------------Bay Area Job - Senior Flash Developer/Motion
AKQA is looking for an amazingly-talented Senior Flash Developer/Motion Designer.
This position work with teams to scope, prototype and build rich web experiences. Projects include web development and online advertising, including interactive flash banners, microsites and jump pages.
Do you have impressive animation and scripting skills with a flair for integrating motion and code? This position is a combination of motion designer and scripting genius. We are looking for a team player who can script solid code and communicate and document projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: (please do not apply unless you are the best Flash artist you know – your portfolio has to back this up!)
• 3-5 years Web development experience with Flash required; online advertising experience big plus
• Actionscript 1.0. Your code must play well with others.
• Experience with 2D, 3D, audio and video software tools
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Exceptional animation and motion graphics skills must be demonstrated
• Flash application development and database connectivity, a plus.
• Comfort level with tight deadlines; must be proactive and able to multi-task.
• Previous agency environment a huge plus!Show us what makes you different.

Well the reason we need people in the bay area is even though we are hiring, things are still tight extra expenses... aka. moving expenses. The job pays well but we cant put up moving expenses.
So pretty much if you want to apply go right ahead. But the budget cant handle flying people out here or moving expenses currently.
If you apply from out of state be sure to let them know you would foot the moving cost.
(PS i had to too) ;P
