Flash video swf import

    I'm trying to import an swf containing video into flash, I need all the frames. Each time I import, the keyframes are all blank. I know this is because the swf probably had an mpg file rather than keyframes, but is there any way I can get all the frames from the swf???
    Help appreciated.
