If you were doing a website review for a company of their current website - where it was working and where it wasn't (mainly it isn't), what would you include on your report?
So far I have:
Usability
Navigation
Load time
Design
Functionality
Browser Compatibility
Page sizes (kb)
Use of graphics
How well it is optimised for search engines etc...
How bloated or sleek the code behind the site isCan you think of anything else?

What about including some testimonials from current users if possible..?
Your client might find that interesting also.. but perhaps you got that covered in usability..
