does anybody knows how to put a image (.gif) on a HTML-Site so that it keeps the transparency background of the image?

just create the image with transparency and save out with transparency.

File > Save for web > select ".gif" and tweak as desired > Check "transparency" box just below > pick a matte color if you want one > save!
