Anyone know if their is another value for "PANTONE Ref Blue CV". I can't seem to find that swatch in my Pantone books here and I need to convert it to a close CMYK value. Is their possibly a numeric Pantone value for this swatch?

could be the Pantone Reflex Blue C (or CV), which fits to C100, M73,Y0,K2. Nothing else with "ref" in the name. Other option is Pantone Process Blue, which ain't got CMYk equivalent.

Check the Pantone website, they've got downloadable PDFs of the latest conversion values, I think they changed some recently.
Probably Reflex Blue like the man said.
