Anyone know where I can find or advertise for a Freelance web developer?
I am a self-employed Graphic designer with Flash and basic HTML skills who needs someone reliable who can take care of the more technical side of things for me, backend stuff etc.
The freelancers I currently use are in full time employment working on projects outside office hours, which isn't ideal.
Already tried freelancers.net, Any ideas?
