yup, hes a regular too. me and my staff secretly call him "crazy man" usually he goes off on us cause he expect more out of us and would bang his head on the wall at times. that crazy man sure cracks us up. we talk about him all the time ^_^

If your flipping out at a business and smashing your head on stuff... WHY WOULD YOU GO BACK!!? (no offense to you of course) But this person must like fliping out or somthing.... INSANE PEOPLE..
and yes, its hard not to yell back.. if you can't do the job your self you should bloody well show respect to the people you are trusting to do it for you...
