hey guys...i got this issue on my pc that has been driving me insane and im going to reformat this weekend if i can't get it worked out.
my IE is buggin and i don't know how the hell to fix it. when i first open it, my homepage (google) loads up, but the progress bar at the bottom freezes at the 100% for about 20 seconds, like this:
and when it does this i cant do anything at all...it completely locks up temporarily.and anytime i go to a new site, it does the same thing the first time the page loads. i've run scandisk, defrag, windows update, system filechecker, ad aware, spybot, hijackthis!, virus scan, all that shit and nothing has worked....any ideas?
