Gorbie- I was thinking of getting a red sofa-- do you get sick of the color after a while, or does it stay fresh and sassy?

honestly no - never get sick of it. it's kind of a classic red (like a ferrari) that you can't get sick of.
it's bright during the day, but at night, under dim light it looks darker, and softer.
i did get sick of cleaning the lint off of it, though. keep that in mind.

about the barcelona chair...
it was supposed to have been designed by mies van der rohe for the barcelona pavilion and meant for that particular project
but now its become commmonplace to dump in any advertisement to "dress up" the place
its such a good design that conforms to the golden ratio and its so beautiful its transcended its originally intended use and now makes big bucks for people who sell it or its replicas (which are about a tenth of the cost)
