OK, I've got this project I'm working on and it has a background that tiles, it spans horizontally 1240 pixels. Now I'm wondering if in CSS if with an existing background already set to loop, can you set a background image to appear, just at the bottom, to sort of close off the page, even if theres this existing background filling the rest? OR will I have to do some complicated div or table work? Thanks in advance.

just make a wrapper div.. that wraps up all the content together and either use this div or an exra div (one level higher) to make the extra bg.

here I made one fer ya.
the CSS is inside this file.http://www.cymd.net/NT/bottom_bg…
should work on all platforms.. but let me know if it doesn't, since i haven't used this method for a while..

Hmmm, still not quite getting it....
See I have to have a background through out like 99% of the page, then this background at the bottom.... the wrapper ideas just not working... argh....
