what to do when you lost it

i made campaigns, some award winning, designed books and made videoclips. I even made a living out of it. But after waking up yesterday it didn't work for me any more. i can't even choose a font for a simple stationery... my inspiration has disappeared overnight...
any tips on getting it back?

more often than not i go out to the farm of my grandfather on a weekend-maybes take a beer then. riding also talk with my friends that are doing creative work too== but not design but like cutting hair and moulding of plastic that sort of thing. and woodcuts(no trickin rasko04) it is fine for me. all helps? i hope for that

I've just gone through the same problem.
I just took a step back from designing for a while and it seemed to work for me.

get away from the computer. go to exhibitions, gigs, shows.
if you're still not inspired after that why not try something else? there must be a million things youv'e always wanted to do.

do something with your hands, paint and paint it big and messy, get your hands dirty. Failing that masturbate, it wont help your inspiration but its better than feeling down.
