Caesars Palace, help!

Yesterday I got a letter by FedEx at my office from Caesars palace (Their Lawyer in New York).
They say that they have the rights on my domain for my fashion brand: CCW - http://www.caesars-casual-wardro…
They order me to give it from me bacause of their trademark. Could they really have a trademark on every word with a Caesars-prefix. Caesars is general word after the websters dict.
Please advice me on this one, or if you know any people that can advice me, please ask them.
I checked eff.org, but its so large I cant find what I am looking for.

I suggest seeing a copyright lawyer - it may cost u an hour of lawyers time but it's your ownly answer.
This letter may be a scare tactic - but i'm not one to say but have heard of such tactics before.

perhaps caesar'll throw you for the lions!
there's also a rule about branche.. if you're in the same market as them and use caesar for this this might be a problem indeed.

An old boss of mine was paid a considerable sum of money to sell the domain name of his last name that he just happened to share with a very famous cookie company.
They tried to strongarm him as well, so don't be intimidated, get it handled and best of luck.

There is copyright guy that speaks at the university on the area, living next to me. I will ask him as soon as I come home. I may save the lawyer money after all.
