If it's www.iopoi.com, nice start:
1-Lose the popup window, doesn't serve purpose and disrupts the user environment.
2-Lose the "_" before all text, kinda passe.
3- same.with.the.dots.between.words...
The flash intro comes in by introducing the characters and then leaves you hanging...expand on that. Also, maybe add a complimentary color to offset all the blue...
Finally, you'll need to add pieces to your portfolio for more credibility.
Hope that helps...again, good start, keep it rolling.

is there supposed to be an "_" infront of the email address? it looks like its part of the address... you could have gotten 300 website requests and never got them. hah.

If you actually use the click here button on the launch page, you get a 404, that then launches a new window.
The company looks more like a hosting company than a design company.
I'm not very keen on the phrase 'one stop shop.' Makes you sound cheap.Other wise it's nice. Could do with more pics and colour though I reckon
