importing movies?

  I'm trying to import an mpg into flash. The frame rate of flash is 40. I have imported the movie and published but the movie is real slow. How do you import movies properly and get it to run at the same rate as your swf file?

  Any ideas???

  you should get a copy of sorensen squeeze for flash. it creates .flv files and compresses them for flash.
