Hi,
I have links listed vertically, I want to add a hover background color like the hover background color effect this website uses, im curiouse can I adjust the hight of the hover highlight? or am i only allowed to adjust the width?

you can chose height. set the height and width in the hover style. might also have to add display=block if they are in vertical alignment. good luck.
