anyone know a good shop online where to get a cool looking winter hat? I see lots of tshirts everywhere but no hats.. ( i dont mean baseball caps, just regular winter hats with some ghetto look to them)

Banana Republic online has real nice old man's golf hats. Italian made. and affordable. Some are wool and very warm for cold weather.
