Speaking as someone who has hired designers in the past, your website lacks any sort of positive reaction, and has poor form and function.
You use different type throughout the site, and I think you need to think about the colors again.

constructive:
go find some books on graphic design.
look at good design companies websites.
study the basics of what does and doesnt work.
learn about the use of colour
learn about typograpy
im amazed youve studied design to be honest.
