im just wondering what other people do to keep their laptops safe in transport.
i keep mine in an old laptop "sleeve" which then goes in my fairly old/beat messenger bag, which would be fine if it actually fit OK (which it doesnt)
im thinking about getting a new laptop bag, but i dont want something flashy that screams STEAL ME..
anyone got any ideas?
yes i did a search, but im not interested in some 250$ fashion runway model bag.is it 530 yet?

I want a soft sleeve that then fits in a (slim) metal sleeve...so the corners are really protected... Does anyone make this? (Powerbook 15)

This is a little wierd but works very well for me...
Go to best buy or some record store and find a cd binder that is 15-16" take out the cd insert so you just have the sleeve (it's rubberized and waterproof) slip your laptop ion that and you can toss it in anything, backpack, briefcase, messenger bag.
I have found it is a lot thicker and durable than incase or other sleeves, plus it's like $20.
Also it looks good because it's sleek and black, i always get comments, I have done this for about 3 different laptops.
