(PHP Problems)

  Okay while coding PHP, I have problems where I upload the file, and it has header errors (session based) which is caused by "" which is being inserted infront of the < for the <? tag.

  This happens at home in ultraedit and is happening now at work while using dreamweaver.

  I'm pretty sure its an encoding error (can only see the "" error in cuteFTP file view)

  How can I stop this happening?!!
