If you load a JPG into a movieclip dynamically, how do you then manipulate that JPG, resize it, move it, etc. What are you accessing, the MC, or does the JPG become a new object?

build a few functions with
_xscale, _alpha, _x

oh.. so I can just manipulate the MC and the JPG loaded into it will take on the new properties? I dont need to call the JPG directly?

It's worth mentioning that you'll be modifying properties of the MC in order to modify the image
_x, _y, _xscale, _yscale, etc.

Anyway yeah, that's the idea...
load an image into _root.kittycat
scale the image by _root.kittycat._xscale=#
