for those that work as a designer in a non-design company:
can you share your experiences and difficulties? and how you deal with those issues?
the company i work for is updating its logo and corp site, thing is the owner's son has taken it upon himself to "design" the new site. he couldn't figure out the structure and code of the last version.

i'm with you there.. that's exactly what i see and hear everyday.. i'm a clown in a big corp where people thing i'm a fucken hippie ..
when i say the word : color or shape they freak out...
it's boring, but on the other side i've got that extra freedom on what i'm doing , quite a nice budget to do things and give some jobs to my friends , and also i avoid the designer morning bullshit talk from a stupid D.A

it's an ISP in Michigan. But we're also a "design" company, and a publisher. No corporate identity...
