indesign colour problem

    i'm importing an .AI file into indesign which is working fine, except the colour gets muddied up once opened. the weird thing is that it's only happening with this one particular CMYK combo i'm using for a corporate identity. i've opened numerous files with the same CMYK breakdown and results are identical for each. even weirder, this isn't happening with any other .AI files. just the ones with this particular colour combo.

    so what gives? any ideas?

    indesign always distorts the way colors look. i'm not sure why you are having this problem, however color management in indesign is a nightmare...
