It a name and brand i need trademarked to cover all of europe. An evolving music band some where in around ireland is using my design name for their group. I really would like to secure that name in europe too. :(

depends on the market, use, and coverage of the mark.

I believe a trademark is only around 600 bucks. If you get a service to do it for you or hire a lawyer then it would be more.
