How-To? (QT/Flash)

I'm in desperate need of a how-to or tutorial on embedding a quicktime movie into flash. I would love it if the movie could also have similiar quicktime controllers like: stop, play, and the progress bar.
Any help is very much appreciated.

Flash MX and up you can just simply import you QT.mov

Flash includes a video tutorial.

There is a window in MX called hmm.. I cant remember now.. but you drag and drop to your canvas, after importing your quicktime, so now you will have a stop, play, pause, etc bar on the bottom.
Is actually really easy but at the end kind of heavy. Try using Sorenson squeeze to import the quitime, its amazing!

Thanks for all the help. I found a component from Macromedia's site that adds the actual quicktime controller to the movie, does anyone know of similiar components that are more minimal than the ygly qt ones?
