ok, so my bronze keyboard mac is still kicking, and i want to wireless the thing out. i already have wireless set up in my place with a pc. Do i need to get an entire airport set? or just find the right wireless card for it? and if so, which should i be looking at?
Thanks. Mac Heads! =)

if you've got wireless network for pc an airport card will spot it and connect. i've got an iBook at my work running an airport extreme car and the wireless networ is pc based. by brinze, do you mean G3 PB?

yeah the g3, so just rock the airport card and it will take care of the rest?

if a g3 PB will take an airport card it should do. OSX spots the wireless networks (at my work i can see 4 other wireless net's but don't have keys for them) you just choose your one and login. typical macs eh? easy peasy! ;-) ho ho

Bronze PB should have the slot for the card (above the PC card slot)... flick the 2 tabs and lift the keyboard and look...

You just need a wireless card. Grab a http://www.linksys.com/Products/…
Quality card, and I'm guessing your existing Wireless network is not 802g (ie 2nd generation WiFi). And so, this card is a good one.

A Wi-Fi PC card would work just as well, but that takes up your PCcard slot, and the Bronze PB already has an Airport slot. Unless of course you are on an very low budget and want the versatility of using the card in other Macs and PC's?
