Hey im tryin to figuer out the best way to hook my mixer upto my power book soi can record my stuff onto my mac. Also what program would be best for this. Any thing would be great

im a bassplayer _ wanting to record on mac too
ive got the imic + downloaded the wiretap app _ do u need yet another app? cuz i don't have no sound (can see theres an input in preference-panel tho)

Have I dj'd recently, no. But I've dj'd over the years - strictly golden era hiphop and classic breaks. Ahh to be in 1993 buying vinyl again....
I have my 1200's hooked up to a G4 tower running Logic 5 in OSX. To be honest, I haven't used Wiretap but I do have an iMic, which reproduces sound from my mixer nicely.
