well, what kind of banner do you want to make? Just a Graphic? Use Photoshop. A animated GIF? use imageready or fireworks. A Flash banner? well.... use flash.

Jejeje the thing is i did a flash banner but my boss said he wants a gif animated banner, i got no clue....
maybe Publisher? What about it?

dude imageready has to be the most simpliest thing. You will learn it in about 4 seconds.

POWERPOINT is the way to go
everybody already has the plug-in on their system
