Please tell me there is someone out there who hates them as much as i do.
A client of mine said he would touch base today. I nearly swalloed my toungue!

Not very buzz word-y but I had a client (a well-respected law firm, btw) and the owner, who's in his late 50s, said "LOL" in an email today when referring to something he apparently thought was laughable.

My boss likes to use the word "visual" a bit too much. It's come to the point where he says things like "Let's see some visuals for that"... "We need more visuals on this layout"... and "Has the client sent us their visuals yet?"
It's become his fallback term for anything to do with photos, illustrations or logos.
