do you charge the same hourly fee for changes after a project is done? or do you charge half?

I do and I also have an hour minimum fee, even if it takes 5 minutes (if its a great client, I'm not quite as hard core).
Why? Because every minute I spend on one thing takes me away from another, or from getting new work.
