the "E"s are too weird for me. but i guess real estate agents have poor taste.

change the font, ease up on all the white borders / outlines... ESPECIALLY ON JulieRice.com... get RID of that outline...
... the 'contact>>' thing needs some room to breath...
... AND I HATE REALTORS FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THAT THEY PLASTER THEIR FACES ON EVERYTHING.
There's a realtor here in town that gets shredded at the movie theatres. I hear him get made fun of everytime the slideshow / ads play at the beginnging. His name is 'Gary Swallows'. And wouldn't you know it - it's a HUGE PICTURE OF HIM, some ugly-ass birds (i think they're swallows) and really REALLY bad typography.
which brings me back to my biggest prob with your site: bad typography. Hate that font - it's too graphic - looks like the screen is loaded with logos.
