SWF to MC ??

  Is it possible to convert a swf file to a movieclip and just use " tell targets " cmds ? i created a few swf files, loading them externally, however its not smooth ( each swf loads making the user see so many load bars ) .

  guys sorry to sound naive... but i have not used flash in a while.

  help??!
