great start...i love the colors and animation...couple of suggestions tho...
lose the map of the us...replace it with your logo / identity...some kind of header
in the main nav use the large text rather than the pixel font...maybe cut the size down a bit and create a different rollover
there should be a stronger informational hierarchy in your work section navigation...it can get a little muddled...there is a bit too much space for my taste in all the navs
watch your text treatment for your work descriptions...they vary in width and dont always match the images
add a preloader for each work piece

Looks good. The scary part is that I just posted a site crit a second ago and I think we are using the same typefaces for both our menus and body copy.

the yellow / green gradient over state is a bit mental... no other use of those colours anywhere?
The dark grey .swf background against the black html page background looks a bit weird too with no border, too close for comfort. All grey or all black.
