hosting more than one domain with OSX

I'm trying to host multiple domain names on my mac at home... I would like each domain to point to a different place but I'm having trouble. Haven't been able to find any clear documentation. Anybody out there able to help point me in the right direction?
Another thing... I have a wireless hub and I'm port forwarding with it. I don't know if that affects what i have to do to get things set up right.
