Doesn't matter to me anyway, I got the older 1GHz model. And for about £500 less than the new model. Plus it's still a more powerful machine than my trusty iMac so it's still an upgrade.
Can't stop thinking about it!

ps you made a shrewd purchase Stimuli, I just got an extra 512 ram delivered this morning to max it out and it's running like a dream – I'd advise it save, defo. (£125 p&p, from GHC)

Ah, good to know! Saw a 512MB chip on eBay for £68. Thinking about getting one. Need to get myself an Airport Base Station now.
