Which is the largest design agency in the world? Most employees-wise.

It's a tough question to answer since most larger companies aren't just "design" agencies, and more often than not they are part of a larger conglomerate.

I heard say that philips design is the largest. Dunno if thats true. but they are big. Here's a link:

i heard rumours they have a couple hundred people working at this office alone. but i could be totally wrong

they own criticalmass, among others like, BBDO Worldwide, DDB Worldwide, and TBWA Worldwide, Arnell Group, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, GSD&M, Martin/Williams, Merkley Newman Harty|Partners, and Zimmerman Partners etc.... etc.... HUGE
