I would advise talking to her about it in detail, tell her your fears, and you will find, I am sure, she has plenty of her own.
Then the two of you should get some help. Talk to some people who can offer you options. Open a phonebook, there are tons of agencies that deal with these issues.
Remember, there is probably not a single thought you are thinking, that she is not thinking herself... Be honest, and try to be supportive, and I am sure it will all work out fine for the two of you..
