...come to think of it, I wouldn't try to jam the "female" angle into the name at all. At least not in any literal way. The shop is cleverly niched, but no need to scream it out with a one-liner obvious name. Might actually alienate some core female customers who don't want a spotlight shined on their gender.
I also don't know if the name should scream "SALE SALE SALE", because that tends to cheapen the product.
Just name it something nice and appealing to a female music listener. Try to tap into their mindset, rather than name it literally.

oops.
wait, was the assignment to name the store, or just the tagline?

Oops. Forgot to mention that the campaign is called "She" and the tagline is merely a quick, clever way of summing it all up ("hot female artists at cool prices" or something along those lines). Thanks for the help though, much appreciated.
I've had to just submit some crap I'm not really happy with as I've got a list as long as both arms of other jobs to go out.
Is design work always this unrewarding?

this one needs a cheesey cinema trailer voiceover artist to say it
"Popular divas at common prices"
and then an asda-like cheap jingle sound effect at the end
