The work is nicely executed, it shows your software skills well. But as far as the design style is concerned, I find it somewhat dated. No offence but it reminds me of mid 90s Tomato experimental work, not something that would get you a job these days. I'd do what rasp suggests, look at some of the sites in his link and see what others are doing. I just think you need a different approach.

Don't look too deeply into what others are doing though... you may get a break through and set yourself apart... just a warning, as you have the techincal skills.. and may just be getting bogged down by them?

just to claify those links, before i get slated.
i dont mean you should copy anyone just because there work maybe regarded as cool or contemporary.
it just helps to know whats happened/happening in design.
you can then decide for yourself what might be a good approach for each individual brief you get, while still trying to create something unique to yourself.
