A startup with 30 jobs going - sounds a little risky to me. Lots of overhead with zero reputation to start with and no portfolio to get new clients.

eh, Mick. FI is the biggest name in flash right now. They have won SOTY 2 times which included this year. No company, and I mean no company is close to achieivng what they already have.

That's a lot of jobs, anyone know how many people are working there at the moment? Guess they must have landed some nice new clients and projects to be expanding that much.
Mick, what scene are up to date with? FI are really well known, not just in Sweden either. You're obviously not wasting enough time on design forums ;)

all I know about their current size is they are over 20. 30 more would make them too big for this type of company. But if money is what they are about, go for it.

Also I think that job posting site has been up for over a year and is not a recent posting.
