Hi guys!
I'm wondering how to create this effect:
http://www.toysdesign.com/
and
http://flash.designbyfront.com/f…At the toysdesign website, when you go to another page, the light blue square crops into the size of the new content.
At the other site the effect is almost the same...antoher color and another size of the page. Now my question is:
How can u make this? Do they create single movieclips from every page to another? Seems like a lot of work.I hope u know what I mean cause it's hard to explain in my poor english :S

I have been working on this shell for the past week. It is pretty simple once you understand it. The shell has major major bugs, but it is working.
This is all code on one frame. You can do the same effect by hand. But I would not recomend it. Basicly you have to set the size of the movie on the button and fun a function with that repeats to scale.

Great, thanx for it but I'm not that good in actionscript. Do you know a site where it is explained?

it seems like there are two different things going on in the sites you linked...for the second one here is the place to start...

http://www.ultrashock.com has an elastic menu system you may want to take a look at, too.
I highly suggest Flash MX Studio by Friends of Ed. While it doesn't cover elasticity specifically and is obviously for the previous version of Flash, it does go into setInterval and onEnterFrame commands, as well as some simple math equations (such as the one you're seeing here) to make cool effects.
Its a nice effect.

Ok...I fully understand it now :D
I only need to know one little tiny thing:
http://www.evb.com/
The navigation of EVB 'sticks' to the bottom of the page...anyone know the secret behind that?
