I'm doing a duotone logo.I need control of the colours so i'm using Multichannel.
How do I save this out for print so I can use it in Freehand??

i wouldn't make a multichannel
but a duotone and save as Photoshop EPS.

DCS files no?

Duotone is no good, I cant determine how much I want of each colour.
I think I might save the sepaerate channels as tiffs and overlay them in freehand with overprint set
- rasko40
DCS files dude, they save each channel seperately (which the printer willuse, and give you a composite eps which you can use in your freehand file.

legz,
if you doubleclick the curve-icon in the duotone dialogwindow, you can set the % of the color etc.

DCS: Quark™ Desktop Color Separation image file format. DCS is a version of EPS, developed by Quark, Inc. for layout and printing, that prints faster than general EPS.
