I've supplied a client with a font that works fine in my quark doc (on os9). They've installed the font in their system folder (osx) and the quark doc is ok to use, but when they type a letter with an accent the text style in the whole text box reverts to default. any ideas?...

hmmm... i would say they have a case of the Quarksucksass disease. it's a commonly known disease to every designer.
seriously, no clue...is the font postscript, opentype, truetype, oh wait, you also use it in 9 so it's just a suitcase right?
