so youre a web designer, and you are not really happy with your current design job...you stumble across an job ad for a designer that you are really interested in...BUT you currently do not have an online portfolio...should you apply anyway, not wanting to let the position slip away?..maybe include a few urls with your resume?..or is it pointless with out a portfolio site...?

apply. Work night and day (mostly night, after your current job-hours) to throw togheter a portfolio.

and a cd rom or dvd with your work.
