Just don't get payed in "dildos."

ahaha. thanks for the input guys. I'll do the site and then see how it turns out. The biggest problem is that they do want some keywords to be on the front page, so no matter what i do, im gonna have to mar it a bit with indecensy [sp?].

I cant believe you think about declining a job just because of dildos. They won´t hurt you. (At least I hope so... *lol*)

nonono, i like dildoes just as much as the next guy :P im not declining it, im just wondering if it's going to be portfolio worthy.

it's up to you to *make* it portfolio worthy!
I think some clients would see it as a positive thing - that you have a broad scope for design and aren't too toucy about things like that - it would certainly be a conversation piece...go for it mate - it's money - and it'll be fun...

oh, ill make it portfolio worthy, alright. the problem is that they are the ones that are going to maintain it, so god only knows what they'll do to it after it's done.

if they are gonna update it. do a screen shot or something of the final before they destroy it
- toastie0
yah, i might, though it's always better to show the actual thing.

"granted I make it look up to standards"
the standards are the #1 problem

no. designers might think it ok but potential employers/clients may not. why corner yourself like that?
i say do it if you want to, but with the understanding that it should stay on the down-low. just make sure the following gigs are stellar and put those in your folio.
