can you make a picture transparant with css? I want the background to shine thrue just a litle bit.

PNGs allow transparency, at least in flash. ive never tried them in html

PNG allows partial transparancy in HTML in all brosers but IE. Repeat after me "Thank you very much, Microsoft for not stickign with W3C standards and making our jobs so much harder."
